I used Ron Cantor inspections more than 12 years ago when I bought my first house, a 1926 bungalow. Ron was very thorough and conscientious in his work and took great care and time inspecting my property. When I bought another old house as an investment in February 2011, I remembered my good experience with him and was delighted to find Ron still in business and doing well. I would recommend Ron without reservation, and would use him again without hesitation. His knowledge is extensive and his reports are very detailed.
